More than likely but you can;t argue with results.

You'd hope so, but some people just can't take someone telling them to sit down and be quite. When you factor in that it probably doesn't happen to him too much, you get something that can and did turn ugly.

Very true. The guy is probably surrounded by a bunch of "Yes men" and isnt used to anyone talking back to him, especially one of his employees.
But that owner is still pathetic.
