As for me, I'm going to win 3 of the 4 H2H finals, but it appears I'm going to fall short in the H2HWS California final, although I'm still mathematically in the running still. I won one of the three roto leagues I'm in.
in my 7 team roto league, out of a possible 70 points, i have 62. 2nd place has 44, and i lead the league in runs, rbi, sb, avg, saves, and ERA. i would lead in Ks and Wins but i havent updated in about a month and a half. i think i might win this one.
Won my "friends" league (7 team roto with sorta-deep rosters). I basically drafted well, picked up Liriano, Weaver, etc., and won by 18 points (my 80 to 2nd place's 62).
3rd place in a 20-team Braves fan league.... Stupid H2H. I had #1 in the regular season but there ya go. I've only ever won 1 H2H league, even though I've placed first in the regular season in at least 5 or 6 across three sports.
Dead last in the Cafe's own Funky 14 (congrats, Mustangs!) We'll call this a "rebuilding year"....

Well it looks like I'll get my 1st championship win in my H2H keeper league with me being up by 9 runs right now on my and the guy not having any guys left.
Big thanks to all my players this year, especially Alfonso Soriano who I doubted (everybody did) heading into this year. It won't happen again. Giambi, Barrett, Lowe, Kazmir, Contreras and Hamels were among my picks that made a huge impact in my victory this year. And you can't say enough about a couple of my pickups in Ibanez and Putz, who finished among the best in the league at their positions, as well as Dave Bush who was a steady contributer all season. And of course the trades for players that were my biggest factors in the playoffs, and who might end up being keepers for me, in Atkins, Ramirez, and Carpenter. It was definitely my strongest team yet, and that showed over the regular season, and for the first time into the playoffs.
I just won my third consecutive championship. It's the third season of our three-year keeper cycle, so next year, we draft from scratch again. It was a great run and it'll be tough to say goodbye to my guys.
