I agree about Ortiz but am wondering where you are getting your other info. Even with his "break", Prior has actually started 1 more game than Schmidt and pitched a few more innings than him. Their numbers are really close, though but I will give the edge to Schmidt there based on his unreal WHIP. My order right now would be:

Gagne
Schmidt
Prior

Ortiz

i'd have to preach what i've been saying a while: even if he's not the best, kevin brown has been pretty damn good. gagne, schmidt, and prior all have tons of years ahead of them to win cy's, for brown this may be his last real chance. i think he's gonna get the sentimental vote, just so he can have something to put on his mantle.

I agree. Brown's got zero chance this year. He has had a very nice season though. (sorry DK).

I would vote Gagne, with Prior, Schmidt next. Ortiz has no shot. Hes fallen hard the last 2 months. Brown 2 months ago had a shot, but hes slipped down.
