NL only 16 team Keeper league.
Or known as "My Padres"

SP question. Is Correia or Vogelsong a better prospect for '04? Opinions please...

2B question. Is Bobby Hill (PIT), Garcia (NYM) Kata (ARZ)a better prospect for '04?
More opinions please ...

More 2B questions. If you all could please look into the crystal ball and tell me how far away Richie Weeks is? Mid '04 or early '05?
Even more opinions please ...

And lastly. How will Yahoo handle Richie Weeks name for next season. Will he be NA or be dropped in April if he is not on the roster. No opinions here please. :-) cus I will carry him if I could.

Thanks all.... :-) or anybody in the Know...

Volelsong has a good shot at starting next year. Correia only 23, not sure if SF will go with him in Fopperts spot. I kind of like Volelsong more next year.

Hill is way overrated, but hes still probably the best of those 3. Garcia cant hit, and Kata is projected as more a utility guy.

Brewers project Weeks to be there at end of 04, or start of 05.

Never played Yahoo, sorry.

.. but Avoid Billy Traber, who pitched well at times this year, but will have Tommy John surgery and miss all of 2004.

Well the Giants were comfortable enough with Correja to trade away Ainsworth & Moss, plus he's got a wicked slider... I'd try to nab him up.

i think they were comfortable enough with foppert (and re-signing ponson) to trade away ainsworth and moss. correia got his chance due to foppert's injury. i think i would still go with correia though.

the indians young guys look good but i dont think they will help too much in an NL only league.

Well, Vogelsong is 26 and has already had Tommy John surgery. At least you know you won't lose him for a year. :*)

Well I picked Vogelsong over Correia.

i also picked up HIll, and Mateo (vidro may not be back) and mateo is the obvious choice at 2B next year. So I have Hill, Mateo and Kata as my potential 2B for next season.

Nobody knows how Yahoo works the names for next season? I would carry Ritchie Weeks all next season if I thought Yahoo wouldn't drop his name ...

And yes, Indian pitchers are a little hard to start in a NL only format.
