I like Jimmy Rollins alot. I think he is one of the more underrated players in the league. He plays a solid SS, he plays every day, he has more power now, and he is more athletic.
He is alot more streaky, but they are comparable IMO.
Thoughts?

This is coming from a pitcher that was reportedly puking his guts out in the bullpen during the 2004 ALCS because he was too nervous.
Yeah OK.
Jeter = headed to the HOF on the first ballot.
Anyone who wants to say the same about Rollins, be my guest.

I think he may be a tad bias. To say Rollins is better the Jeter is a bit crazy in my book.

I guess the rain lastnight washed away some of Gordon's brain cells. Or he is much like TO somewhat delusional.

Rollins is no where near Jeter. Gordon is out of his mind Rollins isn't even that good. He plays a very good defensive SS. But he trys to hit the HR way way to much. He thinks he's some kind of power hitter. An even though he has come up big a few games the past few weeks he comes up short time after time. Jeter has the rings is clutch and Rollins isn't even in his class.

Maybe Flash Gordon should stick to melting down in crucial games, because it appears that's the only thing he knows anything about.

There's a lot of reasons Jeter is better than Rollins, but those aren't them.
With regard to the actual statement, I'd like to refer you to my previous 'he's a pro athlete!' remark.
