How much do you think that would actually hurt? I mean, I would imagine it would 'hurt' the most simply because of the visual, but would it really be as painful as it looks? Guess there's only one way to tell...

The look on her face tells me it hurt bad...real bad. I mean it came out the center of the shoe, so it had to go through bone. :~(
