It was 2 or 3 years ago, but the owners were just going to go on trial this month.

yeah but i think the lead singer of GW stepped up and took the responsibility on the bands behalf. and now he's serving time like 3 years. definately in "the house of broken love"

No, it was the band's manager who was found guilty and is serving 4 years. He was the person who set off the fireworks.
