It's getting closer, but I would be insanely surprised if they managed to take down the cards.

They certainly have a shot but it would go down as one of the bigger comebacks in the wild card era.

Well, it's close enough now that I'm officially rooting against my Pirates. Come on Astros, sweep those Bucs!!!!

Doesn't hurt that I'm tied for first in my roto and my opponent has Carpenter and Snell going tonight with a 0.01 lead over me in both ERA and WHIP.

I'm pulling for the 'Stros now as the underdogs, but it's going to be tough being 3 back in the loss column. I won't rule them out though since I've seen crazier things happen.

I don't like that if the season ended today the Mets would have to play the Cards, and if the Stros overtook them and the Phillies took the WC, then they would have to play the pitching rich Stros... :-o

That said, it will prob the Cards.

You've seen crazier things in baseball than a team coming from 8.5 games behind to win a division with only a week and a half left?

If this actually happens, it has to go down as one of the biggest collapses in major league history.
