Says the guy who cheers for evil Real Madrid because he's only familiar with the names of Beckham, Ronaldo, and Roberto Carlos.

Lmao. That's funny because I really didn't know either of the two guys other than Ronaldo that's on that team . I don't know much, if anything about soccer. In the congrats thread I was just kidding around with you saying that they were > Barcelona.

One of my old friends used to be a huge fan of Real Madrid, that's the only way I even heard of them.

Cheering for Real is a lot like saying you're rooting for the Yanks. That's like saying you listen to Britney Spears because she's popular. I remembered when Real rolled into town last year when they were going to play the LA Galaxy. The media buzz around here was off the chart for a soccer game and yet when Manchester United visited three years ago and with Barcelona this year, they barely got a mention.

NC State and Georgia Tech are up. The Big Ten is now finished, so Michigan State, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Northwestern, Illinois, and Purdue all went up as well...
