Garza. ;-D

Probably the top pitching prospect in the game right now.

Assuming you don't have another SS I would go Tulo... if you do I would actually think about James (assuming that is Chuck James). He has had a couple of bad outings, but how many good outings has Garza had? 1? From what I've read he has been trying to rely on one pitch... which doesn't work in the majors. In fact few SP can even go with two...

Garza actually has a 4 pitch repetoire, he just doesn't use his offspeed pitches enough right now. That will adjust with time. Now I don't think Garza can truelly dominates like Cain, Bonderman, Liriano... But I think he can make an adequate #2 guy with good k numbers.

I could be biased here because I never liked Tulo all that much. If it were say Stephen Drew, I'll take Drew without even blinking.

Yeah, my pick of Tulo was more damning of Garza than praise of Tulo... though if the Rox quit using the humidor he would move WAY up in my rankings

BA would pick Tulo also. He was #25 last year and #8 on their mid-season prospects list. Garza was not ranked last year and was #24 on the mid-season list.

The consensus top pitching prospects are Hughes and Bailey.
