Tulowski=Crosby with more avg, okay but not too spectacular

In a keeper league, Id go with the pitcher who has the best chance turn into a very valuable player--Garza. While I dont like him as much as a couple of other players on the list, he has the ability to offer the most immediate fantasy value because of his strikeout potential.
