Props to Furcal

I dont see his name mentioned much around here---so let me give some props to Rafael Furcal. He had a bit of a bumpy start----but is Batting over .340 since July 1st.
He`s been piling on the Runs, and has 6 HRs in September, not too shabby for a speed guy.

Agreed, I was looking at my stats for the week so far and saw him with 3 homers, which was leading my team this week. Definitely one of my best waiver wire pickups this year in my 4 leagues. Somebody dropped him after his slow start and I've stuck with him since.

I gave up on him early in the season in frustration. Traded him for Sabathia, who hasn't been disappointing. But I sure could use the help at SS these days....

I was the flip-side of that. I picked him up off waivers after Peralta faltered because I figured there werent going to be any more productive SS out there.
I lucked out. Too bad I cant keep him.
