Proly LA at a huge discount and with an incentive laden deal. I would stay far, far away from him no matter where he is available. I don't think he has an elbow anymore.

Well, with Saito and Broxon, the Dodgers have a pretty strong bullpen as it is, so unless Gagne is really cheap, I don't know if he'd really be worth the hassle. I expect him to go to someone like the Yankees who can afford to take a gamble on him (a la Dotel this year).

I think the Braves are going to try to bring back Wickman. I doubt they'll have the resources to sign Gagne if he's very expensive at all. (Well, maybe if they trade Andruw.)

That just it, I don't think he will be expensive. No one is going to give him a long-term deal until he proves he is healthy. Gagne's best option is to sign a one year deal a prove he can still pitch.
Judging from the vibe around town, it seems like a foregone conclusion that Gagne won't be in a Dodger uniform unless the Dodgers can sign him at a dramatic discount and basically for a one-year rental. In addition of Saito holding his own, Broxton is being groomed for the future closer as soon as late 2007 perhaps.
