Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip

So I was sitting on my ass studying for hours when I decided to check my course's website to see if the professor added a study guide and I discover that the test isn't until next week. I then decided to stop studying and opened up a beer and plopped onto the couch to watch this show.

I must say I really enjoyed this show and think it may become a regular for me.

Anyone else watch this? I thought the cast was strong and they did a solid job acting in it as well. It has a very West Wing feel to it. It already took a strong political theme in the first week, which will more than likely make it unwatchable for many people on the far right.

tonight was the first one.. its got matthew perry and i think a few other decent actors and is written by the writer from west wing, i wanted to watch it but never got around to it... it looks like its got potential

dang...i didn't see it was listed. i have every intentions of watching this show. i was a huge West Wing fan and this,although won't be as good, has the potential to be huge.

Yeah, I enjoyed it. They clearly haven't found their groove yet, but I do like Sorkin, Perry, Whitford, Peet, and that guy from Wings.

I think this will be somewhat closer to "Sports Night" than "The West Wing," though.

I understand. It's like when Twin Peaks used to come on at the same time as "Major Dad." Yeah, Twin Peaks was supposed to be great, but I was watching the re-run where Major Dad learns some kind of lesson.

I don't know, I enjoy CSI Miami... I mean yeah, Caruso overacts everything, but I can live with that. The storylines are good (the thing I like about CSI Miami compared to regular CSI is that there's something larger going on most of the time, whereas CSI is mostly fully contained in each episode). Plus I like seeing the crime lab in action, they do some crazy stuff.

So, I will continue to watch it. So there.

And I'll continue to watch CSI. So there.

But we never did get into CSI: NY for some reason...

But we will probably record Studio 60 and give it a run as well.
