Yahoo waiver time question

I did some searching and I'm not exactly sure what the answer is. I'd appreciate it if someone can spell it out for me.

Let's say I drop a guy at 1:50 am CST on Sunday morning (or late Saturday night depending on your perspective). For CST I've noticed 2:00 am is the deadline to do moves for the next day. My leagues settings is 2 days to clear waivers. When will this guy clear waivers so I'll be able to re-add him to my team from the Free Agent list?

a) 1:51 am Tuesday
b) 2:00 am Tuesday
c) some random and unpredictable time before noon on Tuesday
d) none of the above

My H2H nemesis likes to do adds at 6 am CST -- he doesn't like to do waivers though. I'm trying to get some of my drops from a spot-starting war back and I know he has his eye on my choicest drops.

I've noticed claims sometimes post at 4 AM EST, sometimes they don't go through till 10 AM...
