Another guy you might want to consider is Adam Wainwright - STL. He is supposadly in the mix to close games while Izzy is out.

Wainwright is also a pretty good pitcher as well. Looper is no good this year.

Man this is my first year on the board and you guys crack me up with the closers. I play roto and keep three stud closers all year and take a middle of the pack score in saves. If one goes down and I can't find a replacement I'll punt the category. Not worth the hit in whip or era in my opinion. Joe Nelson, Ryan Dempster, Burgos, Julio, et al come on

Nelson is an okay pickup if you need the saves badly but along with that comes a hit to your ERA and, even more so, your WHIP. Buyer beware!!

i wouldnt pick up nelson just yet... he had his ankle stepped on by youkilis on a play at first tonight, he walked off on his own power but the replay looked nasty
