Jonathan Sanchez (SF), that is.

He's young, lefthanded, his fastball has good movement, and pitched very well against a Reds lineup that hits lefties well (6K's swinging out of 7Ks). Anyone else think well of this kid?

I know he's no Homer Bailey but he could be a good #3 pitcher in real life (behind Cain, Lowry, and eventually Lincecum in the future) and for fantasy purposes.
