What can be expected out of Justin Morneau from here on out in his career? Are we looking at a .290-.300 hitter with 40+ HR potential, or a .270-.280 hitter with 30+ HR's?

I definitely think Morneau is for real. He was touted for so long while Twins decided that defense was worth not playing him for a few seasons. Anyway, his career OPS through 491 games is .899 with a batting avg of .310.
Morneau is seemingly doing now what we had all expected in 2005 -- he just didn't get the memo until a year late. That said, I expect to see more of this year's version of Morneau than last year's version, and think he'll be a great option at 1B in all league formats going forward.
he was hitting at a 400 clip and simply mashing everything last season until the rink a dink injuries kept getting him last season. with the performance this season im thinking hes more of the guy who mashed everything than the guy who was hitting in the low 200's, likely due to not being fully healthy and just off because of all the head stuff.

I think he is far from a sure thing at this point. He will likely be overvalued going into 07.
Good point. As a Twins fan I hope he's for real, but from a fantasy perspective I'd like to see another season like this before I take him in the upper end of my draft.
