Chris Duffy?

I think Duffy will be a good 4th OF on a lot of teams but he's not consistent enough to start, has no power, and no skills to hit for average at the major league level. Andrew McCutchen is the man in CF for the future Pirates. Duffy is faster than Nate McLouth but has less power and both predict to be no better than a soild reserve OF.

If you need steals I would definitely look to pick him up. He's usually not too bad in the avg category but he won't really help you that much in the other 3 cats even though he does hit leadoff. But there aren't many better cheap sources of steals at this point.
