Yeah, I know. We shouldn't have a guy who won the ERA crown at 22, strikeout crown at 23, and (before today) league strikeout leader this year at age 24 in our top ten.

Hey davidmarver, I was curious why you didn't have Halladay in your top 10. Do you put him out of it for some reason or was it an oversight?

I do think Halladay is one of the better pitchers in baseball, but if you notice, my list is very youth oriented. Halladay is 29, and his k rate has significantly declined this season. It basically came down to which pitchers were going to be good for longer; I think Halladay has 4-7 good years left while most of the pitchers on the list could have 10-15.

If I compiled a list of top ten pitchers I'd want for next season, he'd be top five.
