The difference between Ortiz/Mays and Towers is that the Jays actually let the guy go for a full third of the season.

Don't know much about NL pitchers but in the AL I would also agree with Josh Towers and Daniel Cabrera. But would like to add Rodrigo Lopez from Baltimore. Oh and just about every KC starter.
