Rafael Soriano comebacker to the head. Wow, scary situation. Of course you never like to see anything like that, but it didn't help matters that the comebacker was from Vlad. He was carried off on a stretcher according to Baseball Tonight.

Thoughts and prayers with him tonight, hopefully its nothing too serious.

You never want to see a pitcher get hit like that, but Vlad is definitely on scarier side in terms of potential batters.

Good news was that he never lost conciousness.

Hopefully Soriano will be OK.

Not too sure, but found this on rotoworld. That looked very scary, hopefully he'll get better soon.

Rafael Soriano was in stable condition in an intensive care unit Wednesday after being hit in the head by a line drive Tuesday night.

Soriano was diagnosed last night with a concussion, but the belief was that he didn't have any fractures. He might be in ICU to make sure he doesn't have any bleeding internally.

I really truly hope Rafael Soriano is OK I saw that on Sportscenter last nite and it scared me...

THe Angels announcers said Vladdy went to the hospital that night and talked to Soriano. They said Soriano is out of the hopsital today and is going to be fine.
