What happened to
Sean Burroughs-last I heard, he was DFAed by the Rays. Hasn't played a game since. What happened?

Rick Ankiel-last I heard was trying to make a run as a hitter(OF?), can't find him on milb.com. Is he still playing?

Ben Grieve-didn't follow him, but where did this former top prospect go? Just suck his way out?

Humberto Sanchez-last I heard, he came off the DL, Still yet to pitch though.

Kyle Blanks(SD organization)-hasn't played since mid July, can't find any info about a DL situation. Somebody update me?

He was put back on the DL at the beginning of August and has been there ever since.

the last i heard of ben grieve is that he signed a minor league deal with the white sox, but i can't find any info on him.

Yeah, but the lack of further updates bothers me. I'm going to be assuming unless I hear otherwise, that Humberto is on unofficial shutdown for the year. Strangely enough, this is similar to how Verlander ended the year last year.
