Riddle!!

You are on a horse, galloping at a constant speed.



On your right side is sharp drop off, and on your left side is an elephant traveling at the same speed as you.



Directly in front of you is a galloping kangaroo and your horse is unable to overtake it.



Behind you is a lion running at the same speed as you and the Kangaroo.



What must you do to safely get out of this highly dangerous situation?

The best I could think of was, if you're all going the same speed, why do you need to do anything?

You know, I don't recall ever going on a merry go round that had a kangaroo on it. I suppose they do in Oz naturally.

I started taking it seriously too.. (I love riddles) and then I remembered acs was the poster. So I scrolled down, expecting to see some weird picture of beautiful women racing topless on animals or something.

Technically, the elephant is not traveling the same speed as you are, as it is closer to the center of the circle you are traveling. It's like how you are traveling much faster at the equator than near the poles.
