the only thing i dont like is the R and the I in Griffey combine to look like a N. so it kinda looks like Gniffey

Pretty nice. I agree with Bx about the font. Looking through your sig site, I'd say it's safe to let go of that font, as you've used it a ton and I don't really think it fits with a lot of the stuff.
