huh? really deep league eh?
Yea, we have a minors program as well, so all the young guys that come up are already spoken for. Due to my taking of Kotchman as my first baseman, I have had a huge whole at 1B all year. I have had a revolving door of Kotchman, Travis Lee, Hatteberg, Hillenbrand, Mike Lamb, and Kevin Millar. I picked Dmitri up about 6 weeks ago, and he has been a welcome sight at 1B. He does not play against lefties, but against righties he has been very good.

“Never argue with a idiot, because first they will bring you down to their level. Then beat you with experience.”
MVP- Jose Reyes or David Ortiz or Carlos Beltran Cy Young- Johan Santana
Rookie of the Year- Prince Fielder
WW Pickup- JJ Putz
Biggest Draft Steal- Jermaine Dye
Biggest Disappointment- Josh Beckett
MVP - Miguel Tejada. It was a tough decision between guys like Beltran, Konerko, and even Wells, but Tejada has posted such a great average with a good contribution in HR's and plenty of RBI's. The fact is, he has led and carried his team the most.
Cy Young - Roy Halladay. Once again, there could have been others. John Smoltz has been really dominant lately, as well as Lackey did for part of the year. But Halladay's consistency has proven him most useful.
Rookie of the Year - Dan Uggla. Nick Markakis has made a late push but Uggla has been there all year, showing great numbers from most aspects of the game. His average has been high, as well as posting impressive power numbers to go along with those RBI's.
Co-WW Pickup - JJ Putz and Joe Borowski. I made the mistake of somehow only drafting one closer and accidentally dropped him into FA, so i was without a real closer for a big part of the season. These two started posting some numbers, so i picked them up and have been doing very well with saves ever since.
Draft Steal - Lyle Overbay in the 18th round. He is quietly having the career year I envisioned. So quietly, in fact, that I could still probably take him in the later rounds. Unfortunately, he isn't me everyday 1st baseman(Paul Konerko). I also took C. Capuano in round 20.
Biggest Dissapointment - Adrian Beltre or Placido Polanco. I was iffey from the start about Beltre, but was really expecting big things from Polanco. He was 2ng in the majors in hitting last season, but has had injuries among other things that have held him back so far.[/b]
MVP - Chase Utley
Cy Young - Johan Santana
Rookie Of The Year - Josh Willingham (unless Cain counted as a rookie?)
WW Pick-up - Kenny Rogers
Biggest Draft Steal - Chase Utley at 3.2
Biggest Disappointment - Mark. (No last name needed)
MVP: Lance Berkman
Cy Young: Brad Penny (no longer with the team, sadly)
Rookie of the Year: Jonathan Broxton
WW Pickup: Jorge Julio (he gone, too)
Biggest Steal: None, there were no steals in that draft
Biggest Disappointment: J.D. Drew (he gone)
MVP: David Ortiz
Cy Young: John Smoltz
Rookie of the Year: Hanley Ramirez
WW Pickup: Joe Mauer, Raul Ibanez, Ray Durham, Hram
Biggest Steal: Jim Thome in the 10th round
Biggest Disappointment: Injuries!- Matsui, Sheffield, Kent, and now Thome, Ortiz, C Patterson(please comeback for h2h playoffs or my 1st place is for nothing)
