AL East all stars vs. AL Central all stars...who would win?

Postby BxBombers951 » Sun Aug 27, 2006 6:20 pm

i was lookin at the stacked al east and al central and started thinkin to myself...who would win if they made all star teams from each division and had a 5 game series?

i think the east would win... theyd have the better offense to go with a nice rotation of halladay, schilling, moose, kazmir, and possibly randy johnson, and papelbon setting up for mo

any thoughts?

My first thought was Liriano and Santana at the front of the rotation...but if I'm not mistaken the Yanks have had major success against Santana. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong :-o

I think it'd be close, but gotta go with the East.

...and I'll go with Yanks here. I think Rivera should be their closer, not that it matters much.

No way, Cano has only played 89 games this season.
