Several of these guys don't even have 200 PAs as the clean-up hitter. Among guys with 200 or more PAs as clean-up, here are the five worst in OPS:
#5: Garret Anderson, LAA, .789
#4: Luis Gonzalez, ARI, .772
#3: Aubrey Huff, TB/HOU, .757
#2: Richie Sexson, SEA, .688
and the worst clean-up hitter this year:
Reggie Sanders, KC, .648

OPS or not, pitchers fear Richie Sexson more than Jason freakin Lane or Greg Norton, that's for damn sure.

IMO Greg Norton, but they all suck.

Out of this selection it has to be Norton, but Sanders' production in that spot for the Royals this season was abysmal as GTWMA pointed out.
