Rios is a madman in RF. His arm was the only thing keeping him in a major league lineup prior to this year.

It is also the only thing he's regained since the injury.

I was under the impression of power. However, I think it's both power and accuracy.

Its both. I think Guillen's arm is the most underrated as arms go.

I agree Vlad is overrated, he has great power but its tough to care about power then his accuracy is so bad.

No love for A.Jones? ?I'm a big Braves fan and Francouer is becoming my new favorite player. But I've seen Jones throw people out from the warning track almost. IMO the order goes like this

From what i've seen Vlad has the strongest arm, but like a lot of the other people said he's very inaccurate.

I think Ichiro has the best overall OF arm. Not to get off topic but who do you think has the WORST OF arm? The two that I've seen over the past couple of years being a Sox fan are Johnny Damon and Coco Crisp.
