I am glad he is doing good. Hopefully he goes to Montgomery next April and plays well enough to be in Durham by July. ;-D

I'm sure they will start him and Evan in AA again and let them work up to AAA, after the AAA allstar break. I see them finishing out next season in Durham and being on the rays club in 08.

The D-Ray announcers said that many have compared Reid to a young Chipper Jones.

Reid is very talented. ONe problem, we have a glut of young talent. Our infield talent includes

Longoria, Joel Guzman, reid, upton, zobrist, bankston, witt, cantu, etc. no one knows who will go, who will stay. I think cantu will be gone.

That's what Jim Callis proposed in his ask BA column a few weeks ago. I agree.

I think i would rather have evan at SS anyway, reid makes a lot of errors
