im so tempted to pick him up. he's having an amazing game again and has so much potential.

but is the potential for sucking still too great to even consider this? i'd drop matt garza for him.

That's a good move. Solid outing tonight and the SO vs the BJs show he's come a long way. He's cut down on the BBI's & has a good schedule.

he surrenders too many walks, don't worry he'll get rocked his next outing, so don't get your hopes up.

He looks quite a bit better out there right now. His delivery looks very quiet now. I haven't seen him pitch much in the past but what I saw last night looked very impressive. He wasn't locating overly well but the delivery looked very easy and repeatable.

i started him against the royals and the rays but dropped him after this last start. his upcoming schedule doesn't look too tempting :
@TEX, @LAA, NYY. I wouldn't risk using him in those matchups.

1 game aagainst Tex, then LAA, then 2 games against NY and 2 games against Detriot, if the 5 man rotation stays the same till the ends.

If you guys are going to risk it, nows the time....
