I believe Paps has the lowest non-zero ERA for a player that is an impact on a fantasy squad.
Jered Weaver has the lowest ERA among impact SP.

Yes, official stats place him as the ERA leader.
As a Marlins fan, I hope he could develop into an ace if say, Dontrelle Willis leaves the team.
I doubt this occurs (meaning not breaking the team up), but I feel if management keeps the team together for the next few years, we can put up a magnificent run with Willis as our ace and Josh Johnson becoming a very good #2 starter.

He is pitching way over his head and will definitely regress markedly next year as most second year pitchers do. He'll be another Zach Duke. In fact I wouldn't be surprised to see the start of his decline today against Big Ben and the mighty Brewers

zach duke doesn't throw a 95 mph fastball with a heavy sinker
Are you interested in joining a 28 teams dynasty league? If so, PM me.

I may be too early but so far:
2 INN, HA, 4 K, 0.500 WHIP
I hope to see more of this declining in the future.
