Nope and nope.

I don't know if this is clear or not, but this is a player who was ejected from a game and ended his career without actually having played in one.

(Thus, his career was probably a short one).

This was a player, so the organist who played 'Three Blind Mice' is not an acceptable answer either.

Was it someone who is better known from another sport? I thought I remembered reading about a game where the umpire ejected everybody on the bench and one of the players later became a coach in another sport. I though it was Bud Grant but maybe somebody along those lines?

I know this. I've been looking at it for days. I (think I) know that it was a dodger and it happened in the mid 50's, early 60's. But I'll be damned if I can remember the guys name.
