I haven't really been into fantasy baseball this year. I only pay attention to one team now, and thats my 20 team auction keeper league. Probably will be the only team I end up doing next year - I've lost a lot of intrest in fantasy baseball this season.

maybe thats because your username is a hockey reference.....
the earlier suggestion for this guy to do a half league is great (or maybe 2 half leagues where everyone can re-draft at midseason for "another chance" might work)
im in 1st (15x15 9 team yahoo roto),2nd (5 x5 10 team yahoo roto auction),2nd (5x5 14 team yahoo roto),2nd (generic yahoo public),6th (14 team yahoo HR only league), and 8th (TQStats 5x4 10 team AL League) in all leagues im still into all of them equally

Yeah, like all 10 people at a Texas Hold 'Em table going all in preflop without looking at their cards first. Exciting.
What?!? You're actually comparing roto to Hold 'Em? Like you're going to be dealt a Jason Bay on the turn that suddenly turns your team around?
I was just joking around when I made the comment earlier (given the 10-page thread we had last week), but seriously, you can't think that analogy is actually valid... can you?
Actually my analagy was directed towards H2H, not Roto.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

you don't like it get out of here, we don't need you.
haha, just kidding man, your always welcome. but still, not cool.
I don't think he's trying to force anyone to believe the same.
At the moment I'm ahead by more than 10 points in a roto redraft and it's gotten kind of tedious. I find myself focusing on trying to win every category since I already won the league.

Not really... baseball is my favorite sport, I just don't get into fantasy sports much anymore.
If you don't get into fantasy sports much, why are you posting on this site?
To all who are bored by fantasy baseball, I have to ask the same question. Are you just coming onto this site to tell us you're bored? That seems like a waste of your time and ours. If you don't like it, nobody's forcing you to play it.

Same. I'm doing 3 leagues and in one of them I have a 10-point cushion. In the two others my friend has had a 20+ point lead on third place for the past 2-3 months. So I keep my rosters updated and try to pick up the slim things on the waiver wire, but there's definitely some burnout factor there. And then you add in the beginning of football season and the Sox implosion at Fenway and I'm mostly going through the motions and thinking about next year.
Although I do all roto. Maybe H2H would be different.
