It's all J. Peavy's fault (correct me if I'm wrong, but he was supposed to pitch against LAA that night, right?).

I read tons of reports that his ankle is fine. I decide to trade for Peavy (while his ERA was around 4 - buy low), and I use my Gallardo (who is pitching really well this year, but is a bit of an injury concern). Then, one day after the trade is finalized, I find out that Peavy is out for what looks to be atleast 3 months. Then, Peavy misses his LAA start and Tori hits 3HR's off the replacement SP. To further add insult to injury, my opponent has T. Hunter. What a great week...

Atleast three months is a massive exaggeration. Wow.

He could be back within 4 weeks, and 8-12 weeks is the worse case scenario.

Way to over exaggerate.
