Meche scratched from start (Possible Trade)

We're guessing that Meche wouldn't have made it to any National League team on waivers, so if he's being dealt, it's probably to an AL contender. The Rangers and Red Sox might be a couple of possibilities. The decision to scratch Meche means Cha Seung Baek will start tonight and be followed by Felix Hernandez and Jarrod Washburn in the rotation. Francisco Cruceta might be called up to join the rotation if Meche is dealt.

We Mariners fans could be so lucky as to see Meche headed out the door.

Then again, Bavasi probably traded him for another first baseman ...
Using a key to gouge expletives on another's vehicle is a sign of trust and friendship.

Nah, Lincoln probably demanded that we trade him for a couple of catchers!
