youre missing the point. if elmer was just a bargaining chip to get RID of the cancer that was odalis.. then why do they need to use him in game situations? his only purpose was to get rid of odalis... so his purpose isnt to pitch.. so dont pitch him.

oh, i read your post wrong...i thought you suggested to keep odalis perez and have him ride the bench

good ole elmer, at it again.... he allows the reds to start this 8th inning rally.. what was once a 6-1 lead is now 6-5. granted, tomko gave up a homer.. but 3 of the 4 runs is charged to crappy elmer. what is the problem with the dodgers.... heck.. let furcal and his cannon have a shot..
