At the start of the top of the 5th a replacement came in for him. No word yet on why he left.

I'm in a weekly changes H2H league, fighting to hold off some strong charging teams to get a good seed. Crossing my fingers that this is minor "manny being manny" stuff...

ESPN Update

Manny Ramirez left the game with a cramp in his right hamstring. It is assumed that the injury occurred as Manny was heading to 2nd base in the 5th inning.

Manny Ramirez is day-to-day after leaving Monday's game with a right hamstring cramp.

It better have been a particularly bad cramp, because the Red Sox really needed Ramirez today. If he can't play tomorrow, the club will give Gabe Kapler a start against left-hander Joe Saunders.
