Who if any would you guys start tomorrow?

Padilla @ Atl vs Ramirez
Sabathia @ KC vs Anderson
Ishii @ Ari vs Webb

The way I see it is Padilla is the hottest but is playing in Atl. Ishii is pitching the worst but pitches against Ari. Anything worth a shot here? Thanks for any insight.

if philly loses tonight start padilla; if they win don't

i don't imagine a braves sweep or the phillies winning the series

One thing to keep in mind is that Padilla has absolutely owned the Braves this year. In 4 starts against them this year, he is 3-0 with a 1.48 ERA and 0.89 WHIP. That includes a shutout against them in April. I would definitely start him since he seems to have their number.

I would seriously consider benching Sabathia and Ischii. Sabathia has been only mediocre since the all star break (4.50 ERA), and he's facing a Royals team that absolutely has to win. Ishii has only had 2 starts since coming off the DL; in one he walked 6 in 5 innings but didn't give up a run somehow, in the other he got lit up at Coors Field. I'd be a little nervous about starting him until he shows that he can throw a quality start, even against a listless DBacks offense.

Ishii is the only gamble I'd take of the three.

Damn. Tough decisions. Padilla vs. Atl is impressive. I'm leaning towards playing Ishii. Still undecided on the other two.

Only start Ishii, if you have to start either three at all.
