I don't think any movies have ever scared me, but I do know when I was about 3 or 4, I would be scared to death when David Banner would turn into the Hulk. I remember that my dad loved that show, and I did as well until the Hulk came out. I would always go running to my room and let my daddy tell me when the Hulk was gone. Once I turned 6 or so though, it never bothered me anymore.
I'm not a fan of scary/horror films but I liked the classics like Exorcist and Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original). Seven is about the only psychological thriller I've seen.
I remember when I was small, I was scared to watch "Live and Let Die", Roger Moore's first movie as James Bond. In particular, when the Baron Samedi dance scene is cued.
Exorcist would probably rank as the scariest movie to me. Some other good choices listed too. I would also add Evil Dead.
I thought Descent sucked. It's like Lifetime and the Horror channel got together and created a made for tv crapfest.
Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey
I've never been really scared by the "psychology" of a movie, and the only "BOO JUMP" that's really ever made me jump was the part in Aliens when they were in the lab with the facehuggers in the tubes, and Paul Reiser is staring at one and it just leaps at the wall.
