Halloween freaked me out when I was a youngster. That hospital scene haunted me for quite some time. :-o

The Shining
Alien
Psycho (orginal)

Probably the only three movies that have actually scared me more than just the simple "Boo!" scene.

Ringu, the Japanese version of The Ring. Scariest thing I've ever seen.

Try not to laugh too hard, but the movie that scared the hell out of me as a kid was The Wizard of Oz. The original black and white version. Seriously, those munchkins, flying monkeys and the Wicked Witch freaked me out. Especially when she flew around on her broomstick writing the words "Surrender Dorothy!" I had nightmares for days.

Faces of Death.

At least I remember that one to be pretty scary. Was a long time ago, I was fairly young when I saw it, and I know they've made more recent versions. I'm talking about the original though.
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
