Definately, yes! Like it was said before, he was on of the most feared hitters all through the 90's. He has accomplished a lot of excellent numbers throughout his career, has 2 MVPs under his belt, and a possible comeback player of the year for this year. He may have a few years left in him to crawl up some of the batters' list; he will definately be on the 1st ballot.

I agree with everyone else. No doubt about it HOFer.

He's got a career WARP3 118.8. His career EQA adjusted for all-time is .339. Consider EQA like batting average, league average by definition is set at .260 and .300 is considered an all-star. For comparison, Bonds' EQA is .355, Pujols' is .341, Bagwell is .323, The Babe sits at .367, Joltin Joe's at .327, Hammerin Hank's at .325, TEddy Ballgame's at .365, Willie Mays is at .328, Gehrig's at .346, Rogers Hornsby's at .337.

While the bat is comparable to these contemporary's and HOFers, his glove (and lack there of) is not. However, his bat alone easily gets him in and he should surely be a 1st ballot guy.

Frank is a definate 1st balloter! All pretty much explained why, so i'm not going to give the same information since it already has been said!

No doubt, one of the 3 elite firstbasemen of the era. The backend of his career is exactly why its hard for me to back guys for the Hall with relatively short careers who go out in their prime.

I can't stand listening to that Skip speak on ESPN 1st and 10 segment. I think he is a complete moron! He says that Frank wouldn't be in the Hall of Fame because of the way he was for the White Sox, comparing him to T.O. I believe Frank will be in the Hall of Fame and the evidence is his career numbers.

no im jk.. i think he does deserve a spot in the hall and once he hits 500 home runs he should be on the first ballot.
