I agree with everyone else. No doubt about it HOFer.
He's got a career WARP3 118.8. His career EQA adjusted for all-time is .339. Consider EQA like batting average, league average by definition is set at .260 and .300 is considered an all-star. For comparison, Bonds' EQA is .355, Pujols' is .341, Bagwell is .323, The Babe sits at .367, Joltin Joe's at .327, Hammerin Hank's at .325, TEddy Ballgame's at .365, Willie Mays is at .328, Gehrig's at .346, Rogers Hornsby's at .337.
While the bat is comparable to these contemporary's and HOFers, his glove (and lack there of) is not. However, his bat alone easily gets him in and he should surely be a 1st ballot guy.
