Who is the only player elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame with a percentage of votes less than the required 75%?

NO one because the lowest percentage let in was Al Simmons with 75.3 percent

No, somebody did in fact get in with a percentage under 75%.

My bad. I'm chalking this one up to a crummy source. The answer I was looking for was Fergie Jenkins. The original source stated that Jenkins got in with a voting % just a hair under 75 but when rounded up it met the % needed. I checked out the official baseball hall of fame site and found this to be bogus. I apologize for the goof. I'll try and be more thorough with my research on questions I ask in the future.
