How's my minors rate?

I'm currently in a league with Shortsavage and have been stockpilling prospects. With the season coming to an end shortly I'll need to drop atleast 2 of these guys. Which ones should I drop?

I wouldn't pick up Devine, Volstad or Mathieson if you dropped them.

Devine is a definite drop. And if that's the Oliver Perez I know, I may be tempted to cut him. Otherwise, Volstead or Mathieson will do.
