What's real funny is my pitchers' performance tonight: Saunders, Smoltz, Lilly, and Verlander!!

Think we can write this one off as a hiccup, at least tonight anyway - he was bound to have a rough outing - he's got either Boston or NYY next week, that will be a test to see how he rebounds...

Had a gut feeling I was pressing my luck after starting him in the Bromx so I sat him.... :-°

He just couldn't locate and was leaving it up. No other way to describe it. Long term, this doesn't concern me, he's got a great and long record in the minors and quality starts in his other appearances in the show.

This was pobably one of 4 things.
(1) everybody screws the pooch sometime, this was his day
(2) Mental letdown after big Yanks performance
(3) The Heat
(4) some combination of all of the above

Funny thing was... I turned it off figuring it was over and just missed the fight... The Angels aren't a charge the mound kind of team, but for the past few games, especially last night, the Ranger pitchers were really asking for it...

Have to give Kennedy credit. He knows he's not helping the team so his suspension won't mean much. Way better than Vladdy doing it.

That fight was funny lol

I also think it was just a bad game. I was just suprised at how fast the runs stacked.
