Mickey Mantle holds the record for the most home runs by a switch hitter that throws right handed (536).

I want to know who has the most home runs by a switch hitter that throws LEFT handed?

David Segui now has 138 homers. This season he passed Ripper Collins who had 135.

Note that J.T. Snow (a former switch hitter) has 170 homers but has batted exclusively Left Handed since 1999. At that point he had 108 home runs.
