Can someone please rate my minor leaguers

Greg Golson is still just 20 years old and he's on a tear so far in A+ (856 OPS). I think he saw the light when he got promoted. He's racing for it now.

So less then 100 AB's at High A makes you forget about everything else? Last year in 2005 at Low A: 375 AB - .264/.322/.389, while striking out way to much for a guy with speed who you hope would hit at the top of the order. This year repeating the same level at Low A he follow 2005 up with: 387 AB - .220/.258/.331. His plate discipline didn't improve, in fact it was worse. I honestly have no idea why he was promoted, cause he hasn't proven anything at all at Low A ... in fact he should of been demoted. Really the fact that he has hit well in 77 AB's in High A doesn't say much compared to his stats before.

So a decent prospect that has struggled more then done well with good defense, and that makes him Top 75? I really fail to see the logic in some of your comments on Golson.

Sliders, yeah I would probably look for another prospect to add in place of him. Also I would get rid of Eric Reed too if you are asking which you should keep or not.

.................................Golsen top 75? That's very, very, very interesting. Seems to me you absolutely love those small sample sizes. If I got promoted to AA and went 4 for 4 with 2 homers, a 2B, and a steal in my first game, would I be in your top 100?

Hochevar is not top 25. He's well behind quite a few pitching prospects. The only two pitchers from the draft that COULD be top 25 at the end of the season are Andrew Miller and Clayton Kershaw, and even that is highly unlikely.

My top 100 is still pretty raw, but to me it seems like so many prospects have gone on to the majors this season (and will lose their rookie eligibility) that 75-100 won't be as promising going into next season as in the past.

As I've done my research, Golson has dropped down a bit, but if he finishes strong, he could be in my top 100.
