Any idea if this is the same Charles Brady who was TSA chief at Dulles but fired for getting a DUI around New Year's Eve 2004?

And I don't think you can blame the judge, Rump. From the quote it sounds like he gave the maximum available sentence.

4 years and 8 months for killing someone, yet people get more years for selling drugs? This is ridiculous. IMO if you take a life, you should give your life.

Also, why did this guy not lose his license? By #3 or 4 he should have lost it for good, after a few temporary suspensions.

maybe that's just Michigan, or maybe just some law i heard about but never confirmed it's authicenty

wow..whats up with the san diego county laws? LA and OC are making tougher penalties for DUI every year. either this guy has a super lawyer or he is the judge's friend or something. no way this guy gets off this easy.
