I'm currently 2nd in a 10 team 5x5 league. Aaron Boone is on waivers and I was wondering if I should pick him up and place him in my starting lineup. I can use him either in the 2B, 3B, SS, DH or Utility spot. Is he worth starting and either benching:
Ramirez, Aramis 3B CHC
Guillen, Carlos SS SEA
Martinez, Edgar DH SEA
Sanders, Reggie Utility PIT
Here are my Batting Standings:
BA-2nd (.285 BA - Behind .295 at 1st place)
HR-6th (253 HR's - Behind 260 at 5th place)
OBP-2nd (.360 OBP - Behind .364 at 1st place)
RBI - 6th (955 RBI - Behind 962 at 5th place)
SB - 2nd (125 SB - Behind 129 at 1st place
Piazza, Mike C NYM
Varitek, Jason C BOS
Helton, Todd 1B COL
Kent, Jeff 2B ARI
Ramirez, Aramis 3B CHC
Guillen, Carlos SS SEA
Abreu, Bobby OF PHI
Damon, Johnny OF BOS
Stewart, Shannon LF MIN
Beltran, Carlos OF KC
Wells, Vernon CF TOR
Martinez, Edgar DH SEA
Sanders, Reggie RF PIT
Dump Guillen for him. But, don't expect that much. He's going to lower your BA, but you're not gonna catch the other guy, anyway. He's got a pretty good eye and probably has a decent OBP. He'll probably give you a nice push in SBs, too. He hasn't hit a homer yet since joining the Yankees and hasn't driven in many runs, either.

I'd just sit tight. Boone hasn't done much since going to the Yanks. If you want to gamble, then drop Guillen.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
