Carlos Quentin: a rookie in 2007?

Does anyone know if Calos Quentin has spent enough days in the D-Backs roster to lose his rookie status? It doesn't look like he will lose it by at bats.

He was called up July 20. So that will give him 42 days by Aug 31. I believe if a player is called up before Sept 1, his days in Sept count against his service time. If so, then unless Quentin gets sent down, he'll lose his eligibilty this year. He may lose it via ABs anyway. He has 51 ABs now. All he needs is about 13 per week the rest of the way and he'll exceed 130. He had 15 ABs last week. I think it's likely he'll lose his rookie eligibility this year.

Dude Green is on his way out and Melvin has already said that Quentin is going to be playing regularly. I don't think there's any question.
